Good. Used advantage before and would use again

When I picked the car up the attendant stated the car was in perfect condition, this was not correct, I found the rear off side light cluster to be broken, there was a big dent in the front off side hood, the front near side bumper had come away from the clips which meant it was forward of its original position, there was a small dent in the near side rear door, and other little marks which all had to be reported to the attendant before I moved the vehicle. If I and my wife had not noticed these indentations and damage I could have been blamed for them which in turn could have cost us a lot of money, I strongly suggest your vehicles are correctly checked BEFORE being given to a customer. Otherwise the car performed most adequately and was extremely good on fuel, (which I left half a tank in).

Wait at pick up was far too long. Encouraged to purchase toll package when highway toll system was not explained clearly.

On collecting car I was told to check for damage (scratches didn't count, only dents). Found 2 dents. Never had a rental car with any damage before.

Like: Good to deal with, very helpful, got better car than had booked, good location was in airport
