Excellent value for money!

There were no Mercedes cars... so we had to switch to a Nissan SUV after some negotiation. I didn't really want to switch, but there was no other option... it was disappointing. Also, we had booked to pick up the car at 1 PM, but we arrived at 11 AM and were told we couldn’t pick it up. So, we had to wait for an hour and a half before we could start the process.

We arrived 2 hours late, and the store informed us that there were no cars left. We had prepaid in full; shouldn't the car's usage rights belong to us for these days? It's not like we only paid a deposit.

The car was great. Excellent service.

When picking up the car in a dark underground garage on level 2 or 3, it was hard to see the car clearly. As a result, I did not notice some tiny chips in the paint. When dropping off the car in a well-lit outdoor area, the staff pointed out a small paint chip and blamed it on me. I am very sure there was no collision or scraping in that area. This made the return process very unpleasant.

arrivée en Autriche Alamo refuse de prendre en compte notre carte de paiement alors que j'ai appelé a 2 reprises avant de réserver on m'a dis que tout était bon on s'est retrouvé sans voiture et j'ai donc payé pour rien !
