The service was satisfactory, but I rented a Golf and they insisted on upgrading me to a Nissan Juke. The Juke is a terrible model, so everyone should avoid renting it.

The car wasn't ready when I arrived to pick it up, and I had to wait for over an hour. Although they later compensated by offering an extra hour and were very polite, this is inconvenient for tourists on a tight schedule. The car should have been prepared in advance. Returning the car went very smoothly; they just inspected it briefly and completed the process quickly.
