The car wasn't cleaned, there was no fuel, and the windshield washer fluid was empty. It seems like they gave me the car directly after the last person returned it.
Both pickup and drop-off were very smooth. The rental company provided excellent service, was efficient, and the car was in great condition. Overall, everything went smoothly.
