Reasonable price, very good service attitude, no aggressive upselling of extra insurance, no tricks

The contract price did not match the final price. Upon arrival, there were additional charges, and resolving the issue through an appeal took a long time with no resolution. Despite repeatedly confirming the car exchange location, poor coordination resulted in wasting half a day with no progress. They forced an upgrade to a higher-priced model and added extra charges, explaining to the platform that it was because I arrived at the store 45 minutes early.

Terrible, bureaucratic and deceiving customers

I've rented cars many times before, and there were always some issues during pickup, like insurance problems. This time it was much faster!

Both picking up and dropping off the car were very convenient. The staff were friendly and could communicate well in English.

The store staff provided excellent service. Although snow tires were not available, they offered snow chains. If snow tires are needed, make sure to order them in advance on the official website.
