No upselling, no long queues, and the staff spoke excellent English. I rented a compact car but ended up with a Peugeot 5008, which is really spacious. The luggage space was huge, and the back seats were very roomy.

The car rental company provides great service, but there were too many people and they forced me to purchase roadside assistance.

ALAMO is a local car rental company. Compared to other internationally renowned brands, the prices are much lower, but the service quality and standards are absolutely on par. However, there are more customers, so the waiting time in line is slightly longer. The vehicle condition is excellent, brand new and equipped with intelligent features.

The process for both pickup and drop-off was very efficient, and the staff member's attitude was excellent.
