The car pickup process was quick, and we didn't have to buy additional insurance. Returning the car was smooth as well. Although we washed the car the day before, it got dirty again on the return day due to heavy rain. I apologized because the contract stated the car should be in the same condition as when picked up, but the staff said no problem.

The car pick-up and return processes are simple. The staff is efficient and doesn't push any sales. The experience was excellent! Everything was clearly explained! The city drop-off location is convenient, with a gas station right next to it!

It was easy to find the Avis store at Moscow airport. A tall Russian guy who speaks fluent English assisted us. The rented Tiguan wasn't available initially, so they offered a Skoda. However, we found that the window controls were broken. Since there were no other suitable cars at the location, he contacted another store in Moscow. Realizing the peak hours, he suggested we drive to our hotel first. Later, his colleague drove a new Mercedes SUV to our hotel and exchanged the car there. He even demonstrated how to exit the airport gate for us and stayed until we understood. Just as we were checking in at the hotel, his colleague arrived with the Mercedes. The windshield got chipped by a stone during our trip, but when we returned, the inspection and billing process was quick.

Машина была в технически неисправном состоянии. За 12 дней 2 раза отказал ручной тормоз, в результате чего произошло повреждение переднего бампера. Есть свидетели происшествия. Прошу разобраться с недобросовестным поставщиком в городе Иркутске.

At Sheremetyevo Airport in Moscow, I encountered a handsome guy who spoke excellent English. He was sincere, enthusiastic, and provided efficient service. He even walked me to the parking lot exit to generate a payment card before leaving. I am very grateful and satisfied.

The staff at the pickup point was quite attentive and personally took us to the car lot. He carefully checked for surface issues before handing over the car and marked even minor scratches.
