It's unreasonable that the credit card deposit will only be released when the authorization expires, instead of being released immediately.

The overall service attitude was quite good, but there were two issues: 1. They try to upsell insurance during pickup, even if it's already included. 2. When returning the car, they intentionally blame the renter for any damages unless there is evidence it existed during pickup, which is very frustrating.
