The actual supplier was Budget. At the Mexico City airport location, the staff member, a woman, appeared stern but was actually very kind.

Overall, quite satisfied. The pricing is relatively fair, and both pickup and drop-off are very convenient.

The car rental company in Cancun didn't overly push selling insurance, but they required a $6000 deposit. Even though my credit card limit was sufficient, the authorization was repeatedly declined. I wanted to cancel the reservation and negotiate with another company on the spot, but as soon as I stepped outside, they called me back and the deposit suddenly dropped to $800!

The service was quite good, with no upselling whatsoever. We simply paid the deposit and took the car. However, the vehicle was a bit old and worn out. I always thought Mexicans might be inefficient, but it turned out to be fine. Our car tire got punctured by a nail in Guanajuato. We contacted the local car rental office at 11 a.m., and since none of the local staff spoke English, we communicated via WhatsApp. By 1 p.m., they arrived at our parking spot, inflated the tire, then drove to a nearby repair shop for inspection and patched the tire. By 2 p.m., the car was returned to us. Considering the complete language barrier, the entire process was handled very satisfactorily.

When I arrived at the store, there were no cars available. I had to wait for half an hour for one to be brought from outside, and there was only one option. The car was not provided with a full tank, making it difficult to estimate how much fuel to refill upon return to match the initial level.

The car pickup process was very slow, likely because it's a local small company. We often rent cars from various companies, but returning the car at this company was extremely slow. The car we were given had poor engine performance and no rearview camera. It's the first time we've rented a car without a rearview camera. When we were handed the car, we did a quick inspection of the exterior and drove off. Upon returning the car, they claimed we damaged the sun visor and asked us to pay. We didn't even use the sun visor during our two-day rental, but they insisted we compensate them. Being a small company, you'd better be cautious when renting here.

There are dedicated reception staff at the airport who guide you to the shuttle bus. The store employees are straightforward and do not try to upsell. Staff provide an overview of the car's condition during pickup. Car return is quick and efficient without unnecessary procedures. Both the pickup and drop-off staff are very friendly.

Driving to the US only requires an additional insurance fee of about $10; this company is my top choice. Other Mexican rental companies refund the deposit too slowly, sometimes taking up to a month.

The charges were excessive, delayed by one day and charged over 400 RMB.
