I had heard that Hertz's staff in Europe generally have a poor attitude, but the service personnel we encountered during pick-up and drop-off were quite friendly.
The car was in excellent condition! The service was also great. It's worth mentioning that the car had a GPS, which helped me navigate out of a construction area. I brought my own GPS from home, but it wasn't as good.
Hertz is very professional, they provided a BMW 3 SUV. The car was in excellent condition, with only 10,000 km. The pick-up and drop-off processes were convenient and quick. This was my first time renting a car overseas, and I am very satisfied.
The service at the branch was excellent. The procedures were very simple, and all explanations were clear. We ended up with a Jaguar F-Pace with a panoramic sunroof.
