CARS: On-site. RETURNS: Same as pick-up. Vehicles cannot be returned at the airport. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: AIRLINE PASSENGERS - Vehicle must be returned at the Budget office. Shuttle bus operates during normal business hours. LOCAL RENTERS - Park car outside the main entrance facing the lot. Complete contract & lock car. Place the contract & the keys in the key drop box mounted on the wall to the right of the entrance.

Counter staff were friendly & helpful The car was ok but smelled of cigarettes which I reported before I left the facility. I left my handicapped sign by mistake when I returned the car - I have tried unsuccessfully to contact the Hertz counter at the airport where I returned the car - I will be back in the next 2 weeks & hope I can retrieve it then.

Enterprise no me entregó el auto que prometió (compacto), me dijeron en el mostrador que lo único que tenían disponible era una van. Yo reservé un compacto no necesitaba una van que me consumió mucha gasolina!
