A white shuttle bus with the sign Dollar will be waiting for you at the Departures zone. When you are at the flight arrival area, you have to take the elevator up to the first floor, and just cross the street, the bus will be waiting for you on the right hand side (leaving the building). The Shuttle runs every 10-15 minutes. Please take note that a vehicle pick up or return out of office hours is not possible

Upon arrival at Palma de Mallorca Airport, exit the baggage collection area into the Arrivals Hall. 1. Proceed to the nearest lift and go up to the 2nd floor. 2. Exit the terminal at the arrivals level, between gates B and C. 3. Walk under the bridge using the moving walkways, heading toward the parking building. 4. Cross two pedestrian crossings: the first with a traffic light, the second with pedestrian signs only. 5. Turn left and continue along the pedestrian path. 6. At the end, follow the black-painted pedestrian lane marked “Otros VTC” toward the parking building. 7. Continue until you find a red door labeled “Abonados G”. 8. Go through the door and walk a few more meters to reach the pick-up point. Our DRIVALIA shuttle will arrive shortly.

The platform included full insurance, but during car pickup, they required us to purchase another full insurance before we could take the car. We were told that without it, any damage would incur a 1250 Euro charge. It seems like the platform and the rental company didn't coordinate well, which wasted a lot of my time. There was already a queue during pickup. Both pickup and return locations were fairly easy to find; just follow the signs. Since the Volkswagen we booked was out of stock, the rental company upgraded our car. The staff member was really very nice. The car had screen mirroring and a reverse camera. Be sure to check the fuel type while refueling. Turns out this was an X1 diesel version.

Our car rental experience was an absolute disaster. When we arrived at the rental company, there were over 50 people waiting — many of them literally sitting or lying on the floor. Despite having a reservation for a specific time, we had to wait more than two hours to collect our car. The service was appalling. The staff at the counter were extremely rude and unprofessional, offering no help or explanation for the delay. The situation at the key collection point was just as bad — chaotic and poorly organized, with staff showing no courtesy or basic customer service. Same for the drop off service. I would not recommend this company to anyone. It was a truly frustrating and disappointing experience.

The directions at the airport were clear. This was my first time renting a car abroad since the pandemic, and I forgot some of the European processes, which made me spend quite a while at the counter discussing things. For instance, I bought insurance on the platform but still had to pay a deposit (this is just a regular car rental deposit to cover fines or penalties, if any). Additionally, there was a fuel tank deposit, which is refundable as long as you return the car with a full tank; it's just another form of security. QEEQ remains as reliable as ever, offering clear instructions and being as convenient and efficient as it was before the pandemic. I chose a leading local rental company instead of a global one, and the service was very convenient.

The queue was incredibly long. This was the first time I encountered a 30-minute wait for picking up a rental car, probably because the price was cheap. RecordGO had over ten service counters and eight self-service machines, yet the wait was still very long! There were two types of deposits: 1. €129 fuel deposit, 2. €1200 insurance deposit. The process was relatively smooth overall. Right before returning the car, I refueled until the pump clicked at the nearest gas station to the airport, then drove about 1-2 km to return the car. However, the staff said the tank was not full??? I was confused and explained that I had only driven 1-2 km, and the staff replied, 'OK, no problem, it's fine!' But the next day, €69 was deducted from the fuel deposit, and I only got back about half of it! Absolutely ridiculous!

When returning the car, we passed by a gas station about 10 kilometers from the rental location and filled up the tank. Upon arrival, we were informed that fuel refills must be done within 5 kilometers of the store. They asked us to refill it nearby, but it only cost an additional 1 euro to top it off... Unbelievable! This is the first time we’ve encountered such strict rules. The worst part was the time wasted, as we were heading to the airport after returning the car.

After picking up my luggage, I could immediately see the car rental counters. You need to take a number at the storefront and wait for your turn to proceed with the rental. The entire process was very smooth. After mentioning that I had purchased QEEQ's insurance, they just informed me that I would be responsible for any issues and did not try to upsell additional insurance. The deposit was 300 euros. The car I received had several scratches, but the rental company emailed a report listing all the pre-documented scratches. When picking up the car, I compared it against the report and was advised to promptly report any other issues to the staff. For the car return, simply navigate to the terminal and pay attention to the 'car rental' signs near the airport. Just follow the signs, and everything will be fine.

The service was excellent. We couldn't find the floor to return the car, so the staff took us to the fourth floor and drove the car to the return point. I returned to the desk when I discovered there was additional damage on the car at pickup. This is quite a long walk back into the terminal. Agent at the desk was dismissive, told me it was minor and that it was "impossible" to add the additional damage onto my rental agreement, and that it should be reported when I drop the car off. There was no one to report it to when I returned at the end of my trip. Received an email a few days later attempting to charge almost £200 for damage to an alloy wheel which was there when I picked it up. Luckily I had pictures but it took a very long phone call (over 40 mins on hold) and further emails to resolve the issue and cancel the damage charges. Avoid Budget in Palma!

I didn’t hire the car as they wouldn’t hire the car to me at the price I had hired it on easyrentcars (c £30). They said the insurance provided by easyrentcars was insufficient and wanted to charge me over €300. This is the second terrible experience I’ve had between easyrentcars and the rental company in one summer. I had to go and rent a car away from easyrentcars as the service simply did not work.

It's same Goldcar scam but under Rhodium brand. They lie to you to make you buy additional insurance. The pickup location was described bad, I needed to find it on my own. I was 1 mile from the airport and intended to fill up the gasoline but the car's engine malfunctioned and became very dangerous so I could no longer drive the vehicle. It was not safe for me to proceed with filling up the gasoline tank. The issue was that the engine began to rev up at an accelerated rate of 5 on the tachometer despite my foot was on the break and the vehicle was at a stop. I had no other choice but to put the car into park, pull up the emergency break and turn the vehicle off to avoid throttling into oncoming traffic. Even with the car in ‘park’ the engine was still revving to a 5. As you can see, this car was not safe to drive. I was terrified and almost lost my life had the cur lurched again as it was trying to do, myself and others would have surely been dead. I was infront of Lidos Cuidad Jardin and left the car in the parking lot. It was not safe to operate further. Therefore I was not able to get gasoline and instead had to call a taxi to the airport. This was not only a terrifying experience but highly inconvenient for me to have to call a taxi on a busy road with all of my luggage because the car I rented and trusted would get me back to the airport safely instead malfunctioned and almost cost me my life. I’m disappointed to see I was charged $105 for gas after all of the trouble you caused me and ruined the end of my vacation by putting me in great danger. I would like refund for 1) the $105 for gasoline because it was impossible for me to refuel give the vehicle’s faulty condition and 2) the entire cost of my rental for this inconvenience and trauma you have caused me at the end of my vacation $363.26 ($292.68 + $70.58). Lastly, please get this car fixed before putting other customers lives in danger – this car is not safe.
