I purchased full insurance and informed them I didn't need additional coverage, but they still added tire and glass insurance. I arrived early but couldn't pick up the car early. I was sick and had to wait for a long time. Eventually, I got frustrated and quickly finished the process to take the car.

Hertz counter

Unjustified charges, they overcharged an extra day and also added a fee for different drop-off location. After a complaint, they refunded over 50 euros, but it still wasn't enough.

The store is not at the airport; it's too close to take a car but too far to walk, and very hard to find. No shuttle service for customers, unsatisfactory.
