You need to pick up the car at the scheduled time; they won’t allow early pickups. I booked an Audi A5 wagon, but the staff replaced it with a Mercedes E300e wagon when I picked it up. Excellent!

The car was quite new, they provided a Hyundai Kona, hybrid version, with assisted driving functionality. It made driving less tiring as you just need to keep your hands on the wheel and activate the assist feature.

The staff were good, and the pickup and drop-off process was very convenient. The deposit was refunded immediately after the vehicle inspection, which was very fast. There was some upselling of insurance, but the platform had already notified me that I had purchased it, which was great.

The Budget car rental location at Amsterdam Airport is right inside the airport, making it very easy to find by following the signs! The entire pick-up process had no upselling of insurance, and the Nissan provided was in excellent condition, with just over 10,000 kilometers on it. Returning the car at Rotterdam Central Station was even more convenient! Besides being right next to the train station, the return location also includes a gas station and a self-service car wash, offering a one-stop service. Highly recommended!

The reserved car model was not available, and they said they replaced it with a car of the same size. However, from the photos and actual experience, it didn't feel the same size, but there was no other option. Throughout the trip, it was difficult to store luggage. I don't think T-Cross and Golf are the same type of car.

At first, we got a Nissan Qashqai with a problem in the back seatbelt, which prevented it from buckling up safely. The staff gave us another Nissan Qashqai, but there was a problem with the driver seat that couldn't be adjusted. The 3rd Nissan Qashqai was good; everything worked properly. The thing is that every time we needed to remove our luggage, it was hard. The staff was friendly, but it cost us a 1-hour delay because of all the changes.

The only option available for 'actual car model received' was Volvo XC60, but I want to clarify that the actual model was Volvo XC40. The car rental company's service was pretty good. When picking up the car, they pointed out the areas of previous scratches—make sure to take photos of those yourself too. Pickup and drop-off were convenient. The car we got this time was at least 90% new, and the built-in Google Maps navigation was handy, eliminating the need to use phone navigation.

Gold car were understaffed and did not answer there phone for over an hour, when they did answer the phone they were extremely unhelpful. The car seats were dirty. I will never use gold car again

Had booked Ford Focus and got Citron C4 which was smaller as such we faced problem with the luggage space. Thought the staff could have been more supportive in allocating a bigger car since the car we booked was not available. The pick-up location is to mins by shuttle. its a Hassle to carry your luggage up to the car pick-up location.

Great service, fast and more convenient than renting from Avis in France. Called from A15 and they picked us up in 5 minutes to get the car. Returning the car was easy too, with a gas station right next to the shop. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The store is about a 10-minute drive from the airport, which is acceptable.
