The car matched the reservation, the staff did not try to sell insurance, and they were very friendly. When returning the car, the staff proactively came out for inspection with a smile the whole time. They even helpfully pointed out the way to the terminal. Very nice service.

The car we ordered wasn't available, nor a similar sized car. We ended up squeezing into a smaller car.

The only option available for 'actual car model received' was Volvo XC60, but I want to clarify that the actual model was Volvo XC40. The car rental company's service was pretty good. When picking up the car, they pointed out the areas of previous scratches—make sure to take photos of those yourself too. Pickup and drop-off were convenient. The car we got this time was at least 90% new, and the built-in Google Maps navigation was handy, eliminating the need to use phone navigation.
