Q1.What is an insurance excess？
The excess is the amount you'll only be liable for in case of damage(under Collision Damage Waiver) or theft(under Theft Protection) of the vehicle.
Information about the excess will be clearly stated in the price inclusion when you reserve a car on QEEQ.
Q2. How can I add an addtional driver?
You are advised to make a request upon your arrival at the rental counter. Additional charge per day will incur unless '1 Additional Driver Included' is stipulated on the rental.
Please note that the same licence and age requirement applys to the additonal driver. The addtional driver is supposed to present the required licence document along with the main driver at pickup.
Q3.What if I want to pick up or drop off my rental car out of office hours?
QEEQ will show you the car offers available at your chosen time on the search results.
However, pick-up or drop-off out of general opening hours may subject to an extra fee unless self-service pick-up or drop-off is available.
After you reserve a car on QEEQ, we will inform you of specific policy of the car hire company by email.
Q4. Can I take the hired car to another country or cross border?
If you want to pick up your car in one country and drop it in another, your search results will show you cars you can do that with.
If you're planning to cross any borders during your trip, bear in mind:
1. You may have to pay more.
There are often extra fees, taxes or additional cover you'll pay at the car hire counter.
2.It may not be allowed.
Depending on where you're hiring, you may not be able to take your car to another country.
Please email us if you want to take your hire car into a different country during your trip, and we'll talk you through your options.
Q5. Can I pick up my car at one location and return it at different location?
Yes. You can pick up the vehicle in one place and drop it off in another. An ‘one-way fee’ will incur. Whether it is inclued in the rental price or what additional cost may arise will be clearly stated at the time of booking on QEEQ.
Please inform the car hire company of your drop-off location when you pick up the vehicle or contact them directly during your trip. You will find a phone number on the rental agreement you signed at pickup.

The pick-up process was quite fast, but the car provided wasn't a Mercedes Vito—it was a Fiat, which was bigger. When returning the car, they claimed it was dirty and wanted to charge over 4000 lira for cleaning. Luckily, we had spare time and cleaned it ourselves in 5 minutes, saving over 800 RMB.

Terrible location and poor service! The staff at the store refused to let me use their phone to call the police. I had to pay extra charges for mileage when extending my rental. It was an excellent car rental experience. The car rental company showed a SEAT model, but upon picking it up, I realized it was actually a Peugeot 5008. The car was easy to drive, a diesel vehicle with great power and uphill ability. It had spacious interior space, with the trunk able to hold four large suitcases and even some small backpacks. The vehicle was very new, and it performed wonderfully during the 2800+ kilometers of our road trip. The staff at the rental company were also very attentive. Overall, I’m extremely grateful and very happy with this car rental experience.

Purchased comprehensive insurance for peace of mind, but at pickup the staff mentioned that in case of an accident, they wouldn't handle it directly. Instead, I would have to pay upfront and request reimbursement from Zuzuche, and there's also a deductible. Their explanation was not reassuring at all. Contacted Zuzuche customer service, and they also mentioned the deductible. Totally confused about the whole situation, but fortunately, the trip went smoothly without any incident.

The car rental company is located near the airport. The quality of the tires on the car I rented was poor, and during my trip, one of the tires burst on the road. Luckily, it happened near a gas station, which had a nearby car repair shop. The shop owner drove over to replace the damaged tire and showed me cracks on other tires as well. This scared me, and I ended up driving slowly for the rest of the trip. The tire replacement cost 1500 lira. The rental company initially agreed to reimburse me when I returned the car but then said they would refund it to my credit card. Later, they claimed the amount was deducted from the toll fees. After requesting the toll fee breakdown, I found that the 1500 lira wasn't deducted. The company then said that driving with a burst tire had damaged the rim, so they wouldn't reimburse the 1500 lira. In summary, the company refused to pay back the money.

Europcar is very helpful. I changed my drop off location from the initial goreme location to the airport. Also, even at the airport, I dropped the car at the parking lot just outside departure gates and kept the key at the Car pick up area of Europcar in the departure.
