You can walk to the counter of OK Mobility - Palma De Majorca Airport (pmi) car rental.

Once you have passed through the baggage claim area, head to exit number 4 in the arrivals terminal (ground floor). Once outside, head straight towards the next building, following the Parking (P) and ‘CAR RENTAL’ signs. Once inside the building, you will see some escalators and lifts, which you should take to the 2nd floor. Once at the 2nd floor, you will see the entrance to the car park, where you will find our office.

In the case of crossing into permitted territories, we recommend purchasing the International Supplement (INT). This supplement extends the rental terms and conditions to adjacent countries, provided they are one of the countries listed above, and under the coverage and liability conditions agreed upon in the current excess (as long as the vehicle is used in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions and the traffic regulations of the country of use are adhered to). If this supplement is not purchased and an accident occurs, the Lessee will be fully responsible for any damage to the vehicle, repatriation costs, and/or the total vehicle cost, as well as compensation for any damages caused. The vehicle may not be boarded or transported by any means of transportation without the prior written authorisation of the Lessor.It is prohibited to cross borders outside the European continent. For price and details of INT, please consult the staff at the counter. From June 1 to September 30, cars and motorcycles will not be allowed to travel to Formentera.

Do not go with ok rent a car! They tried to say I put a tiny scratch on vehicle underneath bumper. I did not do this but as it wasn’t marked on car when I took it out I couldn’t prove it. They were rude and aggressive and no one was willing to talk to me about a resolution. I’m now having to go through a lengthy insurance claim because they wouldn’t let me leave without paying a ridiculous fine and admin charge. The said scratch was less than 5cm and not noticeable to the eye, just a bit rough when touched. DO NOT USE!

Viel zu lange Wartezeiten bei der Abholung (2,5 Stunden). Dazu müsste ich auch noch zusätzliche Kosten begleichen, da mein Vater das Auto mit seiner Kreditkarte gebucht hatte und ich als Fahrerin eingetragen war. Auf Grund der Wartezeiten bei der Abholung (bei anderen Kunden mehr als 5 Stunden) würde ich hier meinen Mietwagen hier nicht mehr holen !!! Ansonsten war alles im Ordnung, Rückgabe und Shuttle zum Flughafen gingen problemlos.

I was delivered to the OK pick up office by the shuttle bus and that worked well. However, when I arrived at the office it looked like a refugee camp. There were people everywhere waiting to pick up their cars. OK operate a ticket system and having taken my ticket I had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes before I was called forward. Once at the desk the process was smooth enough, although the staff member tried to terrify me into buying every conceivable extra insurance. The car had only done 9500km odd but every panel was damaged or marked in some way so I took great care in marking up the sheet of existing damage. Drop off was a breeze and I had no issue re the existing damage. That said, if there is a next time, given the state of the car I would recommend taking a video of the car at pick up, making sure the phone records the GPS and time of the film so as to have some proper evidence in the event of an issue arising later.

Did not like the very very very hard sell by OK Rent staff for their extra insurance which was double the cost of the car hire. Even when I showed them that EasyRentCars had insured all the things they were trying to sell me and they totally dismissed the extra Insurance I took out in the UK to cover the Excess. And other customers were suffering the same problems, unpleasant. Otherwise OK Rent a Car were very good.

This company are very dishonest. I had a bad experience with them and they Lied to me and others at the counter to make people pay extra for insurance that i did not need. The also made charges to me that were not agreed and i have been trying to contact them but they don't answer. I have emailed their customer services, and they do not answer. DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS!! Definitely NOT OK rentacars . On arrival had a choice of paying another 280 euros which I would not see back for scratch guarantee or pay 1200 euro deposit which they would the subtract back any costs of any damage. Definitely did not trust this so elected for the flat 280 euros. Nobody came out to check over the car (scratches, damage) before we drove off. Was led to believe that there would be no extra cost. The car provided had an intermittent steering pump failure - tried calling their offices with no reply.
