As expected from a major car rental company, everything was great. The service attitude was excellent, and the car had only been driven 13,000 miles, so it was pretty new. The acceleration was responsive, and the brakes were sharp—really a good car. However, there were quite a few small scratches. Remember to record those yourself. QEEQ has a dedicated feature for uploading photos, which I think is great for keeping evidence and avoiding future troubles.

Alamo, join the 21st Century!
Alamo need to join the 21st century and recognise that many jurisdictions are moving from physical to digital Drivers Licences. Refusal to add an additional driver who only has a Digital licence (their home state only issues Digital licecnces) plus an IDP was quite an unwelcome suprise.
