The rental staff were really friendly. They did try to upsell some extra insurance at first, but once I explained we’d already bought full coverage, they backed off and didn’t push it.

Got exactly the car I booked

Super convenient, they refunded my deposit in just about half an hour.

Overall, the experience was excellent.

Accidentally booked a manual by mistake, so I was learning as I drove. Honestly kind of impressed with myself for pulling it off.

They were out of the XC90 so they upgraded us to an Audi Q7 instead, which was fantastic.

Had a pretty good experience overall. As long as you show up at your booked time, everything goes smoothly.

Everything else was fine, but the rental desk at Nice Airport was a bit frustrating. The lady at the counter was really pushing their own insurance. I told her I’d already bought full coverage, and she kept saying it wasn’t their policy and that I’d have to pay out of pocket first if anything happened. Only after I said I understood did she finally drop it. Then I proactively asked to add two additional drivers, and she told me we could add them when returning the car, that it wasn’t necessary at pickup. I actually believed her at the time, but that’s really irresponsible. If something had happened on the road and the drivers weren’t listed, the insurance wouldn’t have paid out! The more I thought about it, the more it bothered me. The next day I went back to Nice Airport to sort it out. This time a male staff member helped me, and he said of course the drivers should be added and paid for at pickup, otherwise there could be issues with the insurance. He added the drivers for me and, since I’d made a second trip to the branch to fix their mistake, he waived the fee for the second driver.

Super happy overall! Only downside was having to wait in line a bit to pick up the car.

My credit card had overseas payments blocked so the deposit kept getting declined, but the staff stayed really patient the whole time and tried different ways to help sort it out.

Service was great and the wait time was really short.

Staff were friendly, but when I went to pick up the car, the model I’d booked wasn’t available. They said they were “upgrading” me to a 7‑seater SUV, but what I actually got was an old car with over 100,000 km on it. That said, it drove fine overall.

I accidentally left my phone in the car when I returned it, but after I contacted the rental company they helped mail it back to me. Really appreciate their help!

I told them I needed room for a lot of luggage, and they handed me this huge four-row minivan—way over the top.

Fantastic service—they even upgraded my car to a better model.
