Quite satisfied.

No sales push, great service, and the car provided was in excellent condition.

You can check in online while queuing. The staff at the store was very nice and simply confirmed with me whether I had purchased insurance before proceeding with the final payment for the rental without any upselling.

The service was excellent, I requested a smaller SUV and was told to pick whichever I liked.

The front desk staff had a great attitude and even upgraded my vehicle.

There was no Toyota CHR at the pickup location, so I got a large SUV, a Ford Explorer. It was two levels higher than expected! Great surprise!

Very impressive, I paid 300 dollars and got a new BMW X3. Great value for money.

Returning car was difficult to find on Union station. A note on paper work to say entrance to rentals is underground behind Bay st would be helpful

Very happy with the vehicle. Staff were helpful and accommodating. However, we did have a few issues: 1. We were kept waiting a long time for our vehicle, even whilst other customers who came to pick up their vehicle after us were given theirs. 2. Despite insisting on a 4x4 and having been assured, both pre and post rental, that we would be supplied a 4x4, we were almost not given one. Had I not insisted at the time of pickup, our vehicle would have been given to another customer. (It was the last vehicle but one and I heard customer services offer it to another customer before I pointed out to them that I had insisted on a 4x4 and that had been agreed). 3. The QEEQ deal included a free tank of fuel. This caused issues both at pick up and drop off. When I raised it with them, staff at pickup did not appear to be aware of this and did not know how to mark it on the reservation . Staff at drop off therefore initially tried to charge me a tank of fuel, which caused a delay on drop off.

The entire process from car booking to return was smooth. Never had any issues. Pick up was fast. Got a Ford Fusion hybrid instead of the Chevy Malibu. Pro: Highly efficient car, so saved a lot on gas. Cons: Trunk space was limited so only able to store 2 luggages in the bag. Third luggage was at the back seat. Only had 2 of us so that was not an issue for us.

Overall okay.

Every car is different. Staff need to show or explain all the basics of car, such as adjusting the seats, side mirrors, hand brake, lights, turn signals, pumping petrol etc. I was left alone to figure out on those items mentioned and takes quite some time. And the car was parked in front of the exit and the car behind have to wait whilst I am checking and figuring out all those items. However I am impressed by the efficient process of the car return in Toronto Pearson Airport.
