Like: Initially I was concerned as I booked through a third party rental company as it was much cheaper than all the others.However, I couldn't be more happy.The whole process was very easy and seamless.The car was immaculate. Would highly recommend Easy Rent Cars and would do it again.

Hidden costs
Like: The cars were perfect and immaculate.
Dislike: That there were hidden costs. We rented 2 cars and on the site stated no other costs. Upon pickup we had to pay bonds of $200 each plus insurance which costs over $500NZD. They don't take cash either. Wish we knew prior so we could leave cash in accounts rather than having cashed out all our spending then having to call home to transfer etc... delayed process and not good start to trip. ALL costs including bond etc.. should be mentioned.

Picked up the car from Hertz at the airport. The office is conveniently located in the airport. However, the first staff member we encountered was not familiar with the process and incorrectly informed us that we couldn't pick up an Apollo car from Hertz, resulting in us wasting over half an hour searching for an Apollo office outside.
