Super easy to find, this is my second time renting here. The car I originally booked wasn’t available last time so they upgraded me, and this time the car was almost brand new, only around 3,0xx miles.

The car was practically brand-new and drove even better than a Mercedes. Plenty of power, and the seats could be easily adjusted back and forth for a really comfortable drive.

The cars were in great shape, the staff drove mine right up to the storefront for pickup, and returning it took no time at all.

I lost the car key and they actually drove it in from another city for me. They did charge me 600 bucks for the key, but honestly it was super fast and totally saved my life.

The car was in great condition and really comfortable to drive, and the service was excellent too.

The lady at pickup was just okay, but the guy who handled our return was really nice.

I specifically booked the Soul because I love that boxy little SUV, but they gave me a sedan instead. It really took away from the whole trip.

The rental counter is super easy to find – it’s the first one you see on level B1. The return car park entrance is right next to the exit, so dropping the car off is really straightforward too.

Service at this Avis Disney location was pretty good, but the all-electric Citroën C3 I got this time was honestly not great to drive, and the infotainment system was really unstable.

We went really early so there was no line at all.
The staff explained everything very clearly and even recommended a local ETC device, which made getting on and off the highway way more convenient.

I originally booked a Mazda 3, but when I got to the airport they didn’t have that model available. Anyone who rents often probably knows that’s pretty standard. They first switched me to a similar-level Chevy SUV, but when I got to the garage that car was still being washed, so they upgraded me again to a VW Atlas SE – a model we don’t get back home. I was planning to drive a light, nimble Japanese car and ended up in a mid-to-full size SUV instead.

It was probably because it was still early and there weren’t many people, so there was no line at all. As soon as I walked up to the counter, the staff had clearly already pulled up my booking, called me by my name, and even had all the paperwork printed and ready.

It was fine.

They walked me through every single fee in detail, and the service was honestly a 10/10.

When I picked up the veh, there was additional to be paid. QEEQ quoted approx $160 for the hire, but Avis wouldn't accept that and wanted over $200 for the hire, which I had to pay before I could take the car. When I queried this with QEEQ, I was told to pay and they would investigate later. If I had been using cash I would not have been able to pay the difference and would have been stranded at the airport.
