Very easy to find! The service attitude is excellent! The Mazda CX-5 trunk can fit one 28-inch suitcase, one 29-inch odd-shaped suitcase, one 24-inch suitcase, a 20-inch suitcase, and some miscellaneous items (for reference).

The rental company service was fine, but they didn't provide the car I reserved and just gave me a different one.

Both T1 and T2 can be used for picking up and returning cars. For returns at T1, it's at the parking lot P7 directly across the street—make sure to watch for the signs as they're quite small and easy to miss. For pickups at T2, you need to take a shuttle bus to a parking lot. Just wait at the exit near the rental counter for the bus to arrive.

It might have been because it was very early, but there was no queue, and the staff had an excellent attitude. They only asked me to pay for additional cross-border insurance without any other upselling. When returning the car, since there was some damage, they took photos, requested a police report, and after asking a few simple questions, let me go. It was very efficient with no hassle.

There were quite a few people around 11 a.m., resulting in a longer waiting time, but the service was good.

The rental car counter is conveniently located to the left right after baggage claim. Returning the car is simple - just drop the keys in the designated mailbox in the parking lot or at the counter's dropbox. The staff on-site recommended upgrading to a Lexus RX AWD with built-in GPS navigation, which saved us a lot of hassle during our road trip. The built-in navigation had accurate information, speed limit reminders, and assisted driving features. We also upgraded to full insurance and added an additional driver, and the overall cost was very reasonable! This experience was truly fantastic!!

The location is easy to find, Avis has a prominent sign, situated in the central area, less than a ten-minute walk from the pier, with a large parking area at the entrance, making pickup and drop-off very convenient.

No aggressive insurance selling, which was great. The information about needing a child seat that I filled out on QEEQ was passed along, and the seat was already installed in the car, so no extra waiting was needed. If you request a child seat on the spot, it might not be available. The car model was exactly what we wanted. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience!

There are several car rental companies, and this one has the least people, so no need to wait in line. It's very cost-effective and highly recommended.

All the rental companies are in one place, making it easy to find. The car condition was average, but the price was very affordable. The roads in Malta are in poor condition, so beginners should be cautious, especially when driving a right-hand drive car. Be extremely careful when using Google Maps in the city, as it's easy to take the wrong route.

Overall it's okay. The Black guy was very patient and didn't charge any additional fees. The $250 deposit was refunded quickly. However, I had booked a Camry, but for a non-airport city location in New York, there were very few cars available with no equivalent or higher-level options. Since I was in a hurry and didn't want to argue, the two cars were of different levels, but the rental prices were not much different. So I just went with it.

AVIS is located near Los Angeles Airport, with free shuttle service that takes about 5 minutes to reach. It's a large building with a variety of car models, probably thousands of vehicles ready for rental. I arrived at night, and there were few people renting cars, so the process went smoothly. The staff checked my domestic driver's license with its accompanying translation, took a credit card deposit, and provided a ticket indicating the location of my car in the underground parking garage. After getting the ticket, I went downstairs to find the car. Before driving off, I inspected the car's exterior for scratches or damage. Most of the nearby vehicles seemed to have varying degrees of damage, but the staff assured me this wasn't an issue as they were aware of it. Nevertheless, I took photos for records to avoid potential disputes later. Overall, the car rental process was very efficient.
