Respond from customer service slow.
The car was okay but cleanliness was not. The car ceiling is dirty. It was less than 24 hrs receive the information as trac (service provider) no longer has airport counter

Pickup at the airport was very enthusiastic; the car broke down in Bali, and the rental company sent someone to fix it; allowed us to change the drop-off location and picked up the car from the new location.
