Very good staff at Rovaniemi airport pick up. It was quick and explained all the details properly.

Car was great, although engine light came on to say it had been over-filled with oil, the washer fluid light and the tyre pressure light on our last day of hire. We hadn't driven very much so presumably these things had not been checked before the car was issued to us. Otherwise, car was great - clean and the size we were expecting. Service was good at the airport as well once you had used their phone for an advisor to attend.

Return instructions were unclear. There was no rental company counter at Oulu Airport, and I did not receive a receipt for the credit card deposit. They said they would email it to me, but I never received it.

The car pick-up and return procedures were very simple and took just five minutes, with no unnecessary upselling. The car was already equipped with snow tires. We were initially concerned about the road conditions in Lapland during the snow season, but there was no need to worry; the roads were in great condition. We were even lucky enough to see the Northern Lights while driving at night.
