There is a shuttle service that takes you to the car rental store outside the airport.

When we arrived at the airport there was a terrible queue to coher the bus that took you to the office. The girl who was driving was very rude when I asked about the waiting time, saying that it was a courtesy service and that if I didn't want to wait for him to take a taxi and other phrases that I better not remember, fatal! We were waiting for an hour until we reached the office and there was chaos because there were only 3 people at the counters and dozens of people waiting for their car. If you wanted to be treated before, I could take a fast pass for 18 euros. Thanks to the people who gave us their numbers we were able to be treated before but we lost 2 hours of our time and an extra day that we had paid for only a few hours, I do not recommend this service at all, impolite staff, liar and nothing professional

Counter staff unhelpful, slow, very busy but no extra staff available, was warned before hand by another customer that they will try to rip you off at end of trip! Which they did. Will never use again.

No problems yet, will be making a claim on axa insurance to cover charges.

The contract was subtracted to Hertz/Proa Rent a car without our knowledge and without communication. This led to much time wasting at the airport since nobody had forewarned us of the change

The airport shuttle bus even made a short video, which was incredibly thoughtful and easy to find. However, the shuttle frequency wasn't as high as other rental companies, likely due to lower booking volume. Picking up the car was super smooth. I got the Mini I wanted, and surprisingly, it was a brand new car with only 5,000 kilometers on it. On this island known for tourism, renting such a new car felt like a real treat. Since this place is all about beach activities, it’s common practice to stop by a gas station before returning the car, spend a little change vacuuming out the sand, and maybe give the car a wash. This makes the return process quicker – respect goes both ways, after all.

Goldcar was the company. Service at the rental place was very poor with a very long wait time. Not enough staff available to discuss prior damage to the car and basic instructions.

They had to give free upgrade due to not having the mini size car which helped me a lot because of the size

The long queue to complete paperwork and pick up the car was unacceptable. Would not rent from GOLDCAR again.

It was unclear how to find the shuttle bus. Needed to wait 40 minutes until one arrived. The shuttles of other rental agencies travel much more frequently.

I booked a 7 seat vehicle as I wanted to be able to fit in 7 people. The car had 7 seats but could not possibly have say anyone in the third row. This was a bit disappointing.

Did not like the way the onus was put on the customer to find the faults and damage.

Europcar is located at Menorca Airport, turn right after exiting and walk a short distance. The car was quite new and in good condition, the service was decent. They promoted insurance, but when informed of having full domestic coverage, they stopped insisting.

Car was excellent in every way. OK rentacar staff were helpful. Definitely use them again.

All good but logging flight details was a chore as it does not pick up Tui apart from that a good website that saved me alot of money.

Was told there were no petrol cars available and I would have to pay en extra €70 for a diesel (despite later reading in their own T&C's that there should be no charge in this case). Fortunately while I argued a petrol car was found.

I could not fault the staff of Europcar or the vehicle they supplied as it was an upgrade on the vehicle that had been booked at no additional cost. The car had only 3000km on the clock and was presented the TV in immaculate condition.

Absolutely brilliant I have hired with several companies but QEEQ was by far the best . I will definitely use again
