The staff are very sincere.

Avoid this rental company at all costs. They operate under the name of another company, but the actual rental is through the notorious Green Motion. I booked a Range Rover Sport, costing over 1000 per day, but upon arrival, they claimed their system did not have this model. The customer service from the booking platform asked us to take pictures of their system, then threatened to call the police. They only had one Volkswagen available and no other options. After three hours of negotiation, even with intervention from the booking platform's customer service, there was no resolution. They suggested switching to a different rental company, but by then it was too late as we needed to rush to the next city.

The service was decent, but they required us to purchase an additional insurance policy, which cost about 800 yuan for five days.

Car condition was not up to Thrifty usual standards Bald tyres which was told would be fine. Worrying though!! Car made several weird noises when driving but saw us through the trip. Tried to catch me out on return for a small mark on an already old scratched car

Horrible company Please miss it The guy who was meant to meet us at the exit never showed up . Called multiple times to number provided no answers either. Finally had to request some other travel company to locate the guy who was roaming around in parking lot with a visiting card size . However he picked us up then went to the office for paper which was not a issue but at this point he says that we have to pay 45 euros extra if dropping car at 6.30 am and another 10 Euros to clean the car at the end. This amount not mentioned until the car pick up. I rather pick up car directly at airport and drop off at airport rather than this scam which says so but not in real sense.

The deposit required when picking up the car was quite high, almost £2000. You can reduce the deposit by purchasing the car rental company's insurance. It's recommended to have enough funds ready to avoid unnecessary expenses.

Average, they kept emphasizing that they're just employees and any issues should be taken up with the manager. We had to let the rental car service customer support negotiate with them the entire time.

It was a pretty good experience. The staff gave us a free upgrade to a different model, the car was in good condition with over 40,000 kilometers. Even though we returned the car an hour late, they didn’t charge us extra.

The service awareness is still not comparable to that in China, but it's acceptable.
