there were very small scratches on the driver door which were not mentioned in the report, due to bad lighting in car pick up you could not see it, I only saw this on last day when putting petrol at the gas station.

Used before and never had any issues. Car was full of dents and scrapes. Was a very tired vehicle with over 50,000km on the clock

The overall experience was great. There was no hard selling, and even if you don’t purchase insurance, they won’t pester you endlessly.

Great little car. Counter staff friendly and helpful. They did try to sell us extra insurance which we didn't need as had our own and also try to sell break down insurance, which I really do think should be included in the rental rates, but you don't have to buy it and given you are renting fairly new cars anyway we took the chance and did not pay extra for this. Other than this a great all round service.

Used Easyrentcars.com on several occasions to book our car hire. The website provides an excellent selection of car rental providers and selection criteria (such as on airport, full to full fuel etc.) options are easy to select to get a quick list of exactly what you want. Highly recommend using them.

was good. didn't realise there was an extra charge for emergency breakdown and another charge for fuel fee even if you return it full. Don't like the hidden costs but otherwise all was good.

Everything went very smoothly from start to finish.

Minor issue was that the car needed servicing (dashboard alert light was on) at 13k km. Not a prob for us though.

It was my first time renting a car through QEEQ, and the process was excellent and convenient.

The service at this car rental was quite good, but unfortunately, I originally booked a Fiat 500 and ended up with a Fiat Panda. When I asked the staff, they mentioned they rarely have the Fiat 500 model available.

The service is good.

Cicar is probably the busiest local rental company in Lanzarote, while Europcar had no line at all. They tried to upsell three levels of insurance. Some of the roads to attractions are really rough, so the coverage is actually useful. Full insurance was a bit over €20 a day, and then you don’t have to stress about scrapes, bumps, or flying gravel. I’d definitely recommend getting full coverage.

Chose an upgrade on pickup as originally chosen vehicle looked small. Upgrade cost was reasonable. Hand over was good, shuttle transfers good and return was smooth.

Was given a cost from QEEQ for a satnav to be paid direct to GoByCar on pickup. However GoByCar said they didn’t do them and never had. To their credit, they did show me how to connect my phone to the car’s display screen though this wasn’t a great success. Directions to shuttle pick up point should have been clearer.
