SAO PAULO CAR RENTAL REVIEWS

Quick and efficient pickup and return processes.

They were fast on the pick up, very kind and helpful and the checkin fast and friendly

Easy to use for aged people like me. Keeping me always informed and making themselves always available in case of need.

Really, really good – absolutely excellent.

The car rental company provided very warm and friendly service. First-time rentals with Movida require an online evaluation, so it's advised to allow extra time for vehicle pickup.

Efficient service, good customer service, and English speaking.

Everything was great.

It was a very pleasant car rental experience.

Excellent. Fast pickup process and good service.

The service was excellent. Although there was a language barrier, the staff was very friendly.

Really good overall.

Largest rental company in Brazil

Very satisfied, great service attitude.

Not bad! Although few people speak English, communication was manageable.

Excellent service.

Lines were way too long.

Super satisfied overall – the car was easy to locate, pick up, and return.

The staff were quite friendly. They required translation software as they generally spoke Portuguese, not English. It's a large, professional, and safe company. The shuttle bus was very convenient, and there is a counter on the first floor of T3. The car condition was decent, but the wait time in line was long.
