Waited at the airport for the rental company’s shuttle to the rental location for an hour. Other companies had over 10 shuttles, but this company had none. Upon arrival, they told me my reservation was canceled because I arrived late, and I was forced to upgrade to a more expensive car, costing an extra $500. Googled reviews for this company, and they are all negative, mostly complaining about forced upgrades for late arrivals.

The car was exactly what I booked, in good shape and very clean. I had no problem whatsoever with the rental. It might be tricky to know that you can either walk or take a shuttle to the location - however honestly the walk is very short and in many other airports a shuttle would not even be provided with such small distance.

They were fast on the pick up, very kind and helpful and the checkin fast and friendly

Easy to use for aged people like me. Keeping me always informed and making themselves always available in case of need.

It took me around 30 minutes to find the way to Unidas. Because I don't see Unidas count in the airport. Staff are friendly, pick-up took quite a long time for foreign passport holder, it took me around 25 minutes for the whole process. If you don't speak Portuguese, it could take more time than you thought. Car is clean, but not the model that I expected, fine. To reture the car is fast, it takes around 10 minues that I can go.

They should make available international phone # in case the customer wants to talk to them. I had to rely on friends or family in Brazil to communicate with them

QEEQ was great but I wish a had an option to communicate with you by phone when it’s needed. Sometimes IA was annoying to address my doubts or concerns

They provide a good service but include an overpriced and barely illegal surcharge on every item without a clear notice. Caution and awareness on the contract details are needed.

Me ofrecieron un auto de menor tamaño y cilindrada respecto al que pedí porque justo se iba el último. En vez de ofrecerme uno mejor por el mismo precio me lo cobraron y lo tuve que tomar porque no me cambian las maletas si no.

Les envié un mail para saber si estaba hecha la reserva, porque no la.comolete totalmente y me llegaban mails y nunca la respondieron.

Esse foi o diferencial para fechar com vocês, não solicitam pagamento antecipado e caso aconteça algum imprevisto antes de pegar o veículo, podemos cancelar sem ter dores de cabeças com cobranças de multas.

Carro dentro das expectativas, ficaram tentando meio que “forçar” contratação de seguro, embora não tenhamos contratado. No mais tudo certo. A Localiza é muito eficiente na prestação dos serviços que se propõe a prestar. Gosto muito e tenho muita confiança no serviço deles.

Achei excelente a assessoria, acompanhamento de todo o tempo de locação, preço também. Tudo ótimo mesmo.

The car rental procedures at the store were extremely complicated. They meticulously checked all the documents, and just the questioning took an hour and a half. When picking up the car, we found that the trunk was too small to fit our luggage. They offered a light Chevrolet pickup truck, which was suitable, but they said an upgrade couldn't be done immediately. Instead, we had to cancel the original booking and make a new one. However, the rental platform didn't allow cancellation of the booking. They then suggested we rent two vehicles, which was utterly ridiculous. We had to find the store manager, and after a long negotiation, they finally agreed to upgrade and charge the difference. The entire pickup process took three hours, which was unprecedented and extremely disappointing!

The staff were quite friendly. They required translation software as they generally spoke Portuguese, not English. It's a large, professional, and safe company. The shuttle bus was very convenient, and there is a counter on the first floor of T3. The car condition was decent, but the wait time in line was long.
