The service was excellent, and the staff were patient and attentive. We got a brand-new Chevrolet Epica, which had only been driven for over 1300 kilometers. The huge trunk, heated driver and passenger seats, and heated steering wheel were absolutely essential for driving in the chilly Atlantic Provinces. Dollar, Hertz, and another car rental company share the same counter and staff.

Initially got a sedan but switched to an RVR upon agreement. The staff was very nice.

Multiple counters for car pickup services, and returning the car is fast and convenient.

Very satisfied because they upgraded our vehicle when the same model car was not returned.

The car was great. The guy didn’t bring us our car like he did for other passengers and made us walk to get ours. Additionally, we did not get a drop off service although it was a 5 min or less drive to port and I told them I was pregnant.

QEEQ was fine to book with. However, when I’d thought we’d booked at the wrong rental place, they offered no help in transferring the car to another location. Fortunately, we found we did book at the right place but we were annoyed that QEEQ customer service would not have been able to assist us if we had not.

Picking up the car was easy, returning took just one minute, extremely smooth, and no unnecessary upselling.

Waited 30 minutes to pick up the car.
