Not bad, but the experience is not as good as Sixt.

This time, I rented a Chrysler Pacifica, a 7-seater MPV. It was spacious, comfortable, and in excellent condition, with only about 8,000 kilometers on it—practically a new car. As long as you're not going off-road, this model is perfect for a 5-person trip. The most outstanding feature is that, even with 5 people on board, it can easily fit 5 large 28-inch suitcases, and possibly even 6. The deposit was refunded 3 days after returning the car. Both pickup and drop-off were simple and smooth—just refuel, do a light cleaning of the interior, and you're good to go. There was staff waiting at the drop-off point, and the process was hassle-free.

The waiting time for picking up the car was a bit long, but the return process was very convenient. Just follow the navigation. It didn't delay my next flight. The car was relatively new.

No problems throughout the journey. The car was mechanically sound and did not give us any problems. They should offer unlimited mileage option at a competitive price. I had a round trip BC experience that exceeded my daily driving limit of 200KM which was very less. So for adventure travellers the car turned out to be bit expensive. I was actually thinking of renting cars with unlimited mileage in future.

The third-party liability insurance of the original rental was not zero deductible, so the store upsold additional insurance.

Arrived at the store to pick up the car at 11 PM. The staff simply used a QR code for online form filling, and once the form was completed, I could immediately get the car. Although there was no manual service, it reduced push sales of add-on items. The car's color was free to choose, and I picked the silver Mustang. The convertible operation was simple, and I sped along Canadian highways. Under safe conditions, I tested and found the car was speed-locked at 198 km/h (don't ask how I tested it; adults take responsibility for their actions).

It was a brand-new car, and the driving experience was excellent! The pickup location was a bit far, but returning the car was simple by following the instructions.

The pickup location was easy to find, and the car provided was a Ford, which was great to drive. The only drawback was that the car would automatically lock with the key inside, leaving us to experience roadside assistance in an area with no signal. We were quite worried at the time, but thankfully Avis staff resolved it quickly without causing too much delay to our trip.
