It was an excellent experience. I chose Hertz this time for my first car rental abroad, and overall it felt great. I will choose them again next time!

Overall it's okay. During the trip, the front windshield got a small chip from a stone on the highway, but it didn't affect the drive. The customer service was not very professional—after explaining the situation, they asked me to report it to the police, but later I was told I could register it online following the instructions on the phone.

The store is shared with Hertz, and the staff assist each other, so the operation is highly efficient. There is a shuttle bus between the terminals, with frequent trips and an immediate pickup and drop-off, which is very convenient.

Renting a car in the US is super easy.

Budget car rental is relatively inexpensive, and returning the car at the airport is convenient for catching a flight, with a shuttle service available. Overall, the experience was quite decent.
