Last time taken the magic

Trying to change the booking time took some resolving but we got there. The car had lots of scratches all around, which is fine but please indicate them rather than asking me to do it! The car was fantastic highly recommended exceeded my expectations

Thrifty’s LAC office is closed due to covid. They didn’t say so on the reservation. Thrifty had a sign that said they were closed, but didn’t tell me I needed to go to Hertz to pick up the car. Better communication would be helpful!

Terrible service, car hadmt been cleaned. When we returned it I left my tablet in there with valuable photos. I called an hour later and they said they couldn’t find it so one of their employees checking the car will have taken it for themselves I would never use thrifty again.

Like: They offered me upgrade with big discount and I took SUV. Very low mileage car and so comfortable to drive.
Dislike: Exterior was not clean enough.
