First time booking a car on QEEQ, and the whole experience was excellent. QEEQ is really professional when it comes to overseas rentals and they’ve thought through all the little details, which makes renting a car abroad so much easier for people like us. In Salt Lake City, I was at the Thrifty counter trying to talk with the staff but couldn’t understand or speak English well, so I called QEEQ’s US customer service for help and that saved me a ton of trouble.

Communication was smooth and the whole process was really straightforward.

The service here is absolutely top‑notch, as you’d expect from Thai staff.

Picking up the car was super easy, even really early in the morning there was staff on duty to help. I’ve rented through QEEQ many times and I’m always very satisfied! Sometimes the staff at the rental counter are almost a little too enthusiastic, but in a good way.

Right after you walk out from baggage claim and turn around, it’s right there, and QEEQ’s email instructions were spot on.
