The Budget car rental location at Amsterdam Airport is right inside the airport, making it very easy to find by following the signs! The entire pick-up process had no upselling of insurance, and the Nissan provided was in excellent condition, with just over 10,000 kilometers on it. Returning the car at Rotterdam Central Station was even more convenient! Besides being right next to the train station, the return location also includes a gas station and a self-service car wash, offering a one-stop service. Highly recommended!

The front desk service was quite friendly, and both the pick-up and return processes were efficient.

A month after returning car and hit with an unexplained bill, just self inflicted damage, I have photos and videos before and after and no damage was inflicted. Emailed budget customer service and no response, 3 weeks and counting. Desparate behaviour by a once reputable company.

Budget was great. Nice new car, however there was a technical glitch and it got a flat battery and then it took half a day to get sorted out.
