i uograded to a sanafe and it had to be a base model would have liked some options

I will never hire a car from Advantage due to the counter staff and his supervisor tried to sell me SLI “ supplementary liability insurance “ and refused to give me the car unless I pay for the SLI which is already included in my insurance CDW/SLI. They insisted that my policy does not cover it.

Easyrentcars.com was EXCELLENT.

I had a little issue with charges but they remedied it and I was sitisfied

I was offered an upgrade and I elected to take it, thinking it would be better to have more space and drive a vehicle I was used to driving. But I wish I didn't. its was a small SUV, a KIA, had no power and was sloppy to drive. The guy at the counter was very helpful and very cherry. was a pleasure talking with and gave me a lot of good information. but after I left the counter I had to wait a very long time for the car and had to go in twice to ask when and where the car was.

Like: Efficient and helpful. Car was allocated, prepared and ready to drive away. Would choose Advantage again.
Dislike: Lots of stickers still attached to the vehicle. This spoilt its appearance but not my job to remove them. Presentation needs improvement.
