The trip was a bust because of the fires but National was great.

Much better than expected, very convenient. The car we got this time was almost new, with only 2000 miles on it. The condition of the car was excellent, and both my parents were very satisfied!

National is the designated supplier for our company. I have always used their cars when traveling to the US. This experience was no different from the previous ones, very pleasant.

Didn’t show much interest in giving a good service just take your car and go attitude, wasn’t happy that I paid more to be able to pay Cash in branch and they wouldn’t expect it or that I paid more because they are “in terminal” but actually are not and still required a shuttle to get to them & back.

Like: Starting with the employee who handled the initial registration when collecting the vehicle (she was fantastic!), all the way through to the vehicle itself and finally the dropoff, I was extremely impressed and happy. Would rent from National every time.

Like: At first, my heart sank a bit when they said they didn't have the SUV size I had reserved. Was quite please when they told me they had upgraded me to the a Suburban with dark-tinted windows. Felt like I was driving around in a Presidential Security Detail.
Dislike: National personnel weren't where I expected to find them, but other rental agents pointed-out where I should go.
