Excellent choice, choose Easy Car Renter

Very friendly and humorous.

Like: Car renting experience went smoothly although it was a bit confusing as to whether or not I was getting what I was asking for. Prices and offerings were really good so I stuck with it.
Dislike: After my car was confirmed and the credit card info was taken, the transaction ended a bit weird in that I was asked in subsequent email to provided info about my request and a screen shot of the credit card transaction which I did not. I was then told that the transaction would be confirmed in a few days. I thought I was being scammed and was concerned that my credit card info would be compromised. A couple of days later, I did get the confirmation and, I confess, I did contact Alamo to be sure that I had a car reserved because I didn't want to begin my trip with no vehicle or trying to negotiate a rental last minute. Luckily, I had a week for this to work out and for me to feel comfortable. Once that happened, all was good.

Like: Fast, friendly, organized, efficient, professional, a pleasure to do business with!!
Dislike: Nothing!!! Will be our rental of choice now!!

Like: Easy self serve check-in to bypass lines. Free upgrade to next class as the one I had booked was not available. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff
Dislike: Nothing

Like: The agent was spectacular
