Was told the class/size of vehicle I booked wasn’t available, hence I had to leave a bag in Dublin with relatives. Witnessed the same routine with another customer when I returned the vehicle, which makes me wonder.

Have yet to see a refund which the so called price protector achieved for me, certainly hasn’t hit my credit card. And it’s now 3 weeks since my hire started.

Add drop off location to the rental agreement. We had to look it up on the internet.

Easirent has not yet refunded the deposit of 2100 euros they charged.

Appalling , you advertise cars that are 1 year old the heap you gave me was 3 years old over 65000 miles and service light was on, you tried to sell me add on car insurance by scaring me and swiped my card for over 2000 euros that takes 18 days to return , shocking service, add to this I had to pay for a taxi to get to your site all round a joke , never again

The car was ok. The pick up was dreadful and slow. The service at the puck up was so slow. I would advise that the cheap price is not worth it. Very vigorous selling of insurance that was factually incorrect
