Car was brand new. I didn't appreciate Europcar requiring staff to try to upsell to a more expensive car and take out insurance.

Everything was quick and convenient. I took pictures of a few blemishes prior to driving the car but this was unnecessary. A very good experience!

Price was good and the process worked as expected. A very good experience!

Slow pick up process. Not clear that digital registration required upon arrival. Queue jumping for ‘priority’ customers whilst the rest wait.

Brilliant website, so easy to use and has never let me down the point system is amazing.

Waited a long time queueing to collect car, with only a few desks open, even though it was late morning and still a busy time of day. Car smelt of smoke from previous driver / passenger(s). Some marks on the vehicle weren't evident on the driving away paperwork. This delayed the onward journey as had to get staff to look and acknowledge the other scratches etc.
