Awesome—super convenient and totally straightforward.

The rental location is very close to the hotel, just a 10-minute walk. There were not many customers in the morning. We originally booked a Dodge 7-seater, but we got upgraded to a newer and more comfortable Toyota Sienna. The paperwork was simple and took only 15 minutes. The return location at the airport offers 24-hour service, and the return process was even faster. The inspection was done in less than 5 minutes, and the staff confirmed everything was OK. Additionally, a driver took us back to our hotel, which was very considerate!

Very good and smooth service at the rental centre in Miami Airport. Much better that what I have experiences in other locations. As always when booking through I broker, I hope for some kind of online checking process to reduce the time spent on data entry at the location.

Mid-size SUV wasn't available so got a standard sedan which isn't parking-lot friendly in SF downtown

My only comment is that there was no space for luggage in the vehicle as none of the 15 seats could be removed or folded down. This made it very difficult loading and unloading large cases and a double buggy. This wasn't made clear on booking the vehicle. The vehicle itself was great and certainly large enough but all seats were static!
