The counter staff are very friendly and helpful. The transactions went quick and smoothly. Shuttle van bring us to the location which is nice because outside the craziness of the ORD airport.

The customer service was awful. They were cheaper than competitors, but you get what you pay for and I find that disturbing.

Good third party firm. The business model is effective, but the firms benefiting from the outfit must comply to higher quality standards.

Overall experience exceeded my expectations. Only issue was the ~40 minute wait for the shuttle bus from the car rental center at O’Hare. Returning the care was very quick and easy thanks to a guy not working behind the counter, otherwise I would have been waiting in line for probably 20-30 minutes.

Staff is polite and respectful. Although, I could see that the staff was buzy, they kept a smile. They worked as a team. Good job on the staff

Like: Great Jeep for a very reasonable price. Staff was all very nice.
Dislike: Make sure to read the terms and conditions of the rental - I have never experienced a company that, no matter if your plane was delayed and you paid in full, would release your reserved vehicle and charge you full price if you were more than 2 hours late. You can avoid this by calling and letting them know but we were stuck on the tarmac with horrible cell phone reception so we couldn't call. Luckily, we made it with 10 minutes to spare but still they said that there is no flexibility with that policy and that seems crazy. I paid beforehand so that vehicle should be waiting for me no matter how late my pick-up is.
