The rental counter agent was very friendly and got our trip off to a stress free beginning. Although the RAV4 was unavailable, the car we received got far superior mpg's and was a quite comfortable VW Taos.

Overall, I am quite satisfied with the company. Although there were some issues with the report platform, and it was hard to get through on the phone, we directly took the car to the location at the airport. They immediately replaced it with a new one for us.
The service was excellent. We had seven large suitcases, and the customer service suggested upgrading from the originally booked RAV4. It turned out to be perfect for fitting them all.
The car rental experience was quite good this time. Apart from the navigation for car return leading to the wrong place, and spending some time to find it, everything else went smoothly. The condition of the car was also decent.
The staff was very friendly. My translation document didn't have a photo, but they helped upgrade and resolve the issue. Larger cars have better visibility, and it's essential to choose a bigger car in the US.
