Like: I met að lot of freindly people and it was easyer to drive than I thought, had no problem getting parking lots. The guy who welcomed me at the drop of gave me 25% discount because the dar was smelly, I didn´t ask for any change of price but I´m even happyer.
Dislike: The weather wasn´t as good as I thought it would be and the traffic was very heavy.

Very satisfied. When picking up the car, they specifically helped me confirm the model. Since I had a lot of luggage, I chose a larger car. There were some minor scratches on the car when I picked it up, so I talked to the staff and checked the odometer, which showed the car had run 14,400 miles in total. The car was in good condition, overall a satisfying experience.

Though Arif was very helpful during the bookin process, but he told me that i do not have full insurance and i have to buy one. Where as I paid almoat 200 aed through Easyrental for the insurance. This was very disaapointing. I felt I was over charged at the booking tume.

All good, but the full insurance which you guys upsell during the booking process is of no sense as the rental guys do not acknowledge it and press us to buy additional insurance
