The car was horrible . Parts were almost falling off. The car shouldn’t be for rent. No refund.

It was very convenient, the car was in good condition, and it made our vacation truly wonderful.

Service was fairly good, staff were quite welcoming

The car was fine and the counter service excellent, with careful, clear explanations of everything. The shuttle arrangement was at the inconvenient end of the airport (opposite from where you come out when arriving from overseas); this appears to be the same for all shuttles. Then it took quite a while for the first shuttle to arrive, and it filled with people who were there before us. So we had to wait another 10 minutes or so, in cold wind, before our turn.

Got an 2016 imax in good conditions (about 100,000km). No automatic doors or automatic headlights though. The boot space is huge and easily fit luggage for big group.

Car was very scratched and the left side speaker did not work.

We went searching for Manual cars and booked that but was given an automatic.
