Not enough staffing! Or too many on breaks! Insurance issues will never rent again for you

I have mixed feelings about my experience renting a car through the website and location. Online it was not clear that the pick up location is offsite away from the airport. We took a shuttle to the pick up spot and there we experienced the worst pick up process ever. Even though the staff were courteous it was clear they were really understaffed and the process was very inefficient. We spent over two hours waiting to receive our car. However once we did receive our car we were very happy with the vehicle we received and we did not have any problems with it during our trip. Because of our long wait during the pick up, when we dropped the car off we didn’t even wait for the shuttle but chose to take an Uber back to the airport.

Such a simple process. I had all the paperwork ready and that made the process really fast. The car we got was like brand new and very nice to drive. All the other rentals during that time were 2-3 times as expensive, but we didn’t compromise on anything with Routes.

Very easy and seamless. I’ll be using this again.

SHOULD HAVE MORE SHUTTLE BUS IN BUSY TIME, SHOULD'NT HAVE TO WAIT FOR 30 TO 60 MINUTES

I signed in first but another guy was taken ahead of us....then he had trouble with his Ins. So that was the only thing ....took an extra 20 min.

Like: Was very easy and smooth transaction.
Dislike: That i couldn't stay in it longer.
