They are running a scam and making you pay cash for minor scratches and tiny dings that were already there.

These clowns are the worst you can imagine. I could not believe how crooked and unprofessional they were. Never Never Never use them. They should be shut down out of business.

I’m local and showed my own insurance information but the clerk charged me for insurance. I brought my own Sunpass transponder but the clerk charged me $5 daily for “activation fees”. The shuttle took almost 40 minutes to pick us up from the airport. The rental car office facility is literally a shak at a repair shop.

They forced me to buy extra insurance b/c I had less then 300,000 insurance coverage and nowhere in the contract it said that. For the price i paid i could have used Enterprise which does not have that ridiculous policy. I could not find the place, there was no parking for my brother who accompanied me to park his car while he was waiting for me. There is no signage, it is so hard to find. The staff was nice but there was nothing they could do.

It's a scam. The price seemed good, and they said they require proof of insurance. I brought the proof when I went to get the car, but at the counter they said I needed a half a million worth of coverage (I'm not even kidding) and that I would need to buy their insurance, which was much more than the car rate itself. Of course I turned it down, and will never go again.
