Great staff, smooth car

The service was very efficient. Since the rental fee was prepaid, the car pick-up process at the store was super quick. I paid a 100 AUD deposit, which was reasonable. When returning the car, I parked and saw an elderly gentleman inspecting the vehicle. After a quick two-minute check, everything was good, and I was able to leave immediately.

The counter was a little crowded with only one staff

Later I found a cheaper option but was lazy to cancel and rebook thru another website

I waited a long time to get the car. Then I found unreported damage so I had to go back to notify staff. Then I got charged for fuel on the return despite filling up less than a kilometre from drop off point.

Went smoothly

Received an upgrade to a better vehicle, very happy. Staff and service were excellent.

Very easy to use and convenient. Prices were good.

Waited for ever at the counter, then told car ordered was not available, had to take another car without compensation. Would of been stranded at airport otherwise. is suspect Europcar always put a low priority on customers who book through 3rd parties.
