Couple of minor scratches and rear indicator block told garage attendant who made a note on pink sljip

Disappointed with choice of car, paid for SUV and a Jeep was supplied.

Process of booking car was flawless, customer service excellent.

Very disappointed with the woman who served us, very rude with a bad attitude.

Advantage customer care was awful. Vehicle broke down the following day. Spent an absolute age on the phone and the supervisor at Advantage was very rude. Apparently could not understand my ‘accent’. I could not understand her and it seemed to me her English was not very good. I spent 3hours in Universal’s car park waiting for assistance. I eventually got a replacement vehicle, but I have to say that neither the original or replacement vehicle were not very clean. Stained upholstery on both cars. These are the worst vehicles I have ever rented in the US in the 20 years I have been visiting. Avoid Advantage

Car was in poor condition, with scratches to rear body, no offside rear reflector & not very economical.
