I had to wait for more than half an hour to drop the car, nobody was picking up the call to come to collect the car, then I ran upto the counter to get someone to take the car and then we came back to inspect the car with the luggage and then again rush back to airport departure as i had wasted more than 30 mins for this process at the peak time when I had to catch the flight, at the time of drop try to understand the customer cannot invest time in these activities as he has to catch the flight.

“Dirty car interior”

Found car interior to be very dirty this time around - doors, mats and flooring. Company didn’t seem to have cleaned it after the previous renter. Small cockroaches came crawling out on second day.

i was waiting for more than 30 mins at the counter but no one was there. after calling the customer care, the staff came and argued with us regarding the waiting time. really unprofessional. secondly the car had worms inside. we found like 4 big ones. really disgusting

I have been renting from Galaxy for few instances and previous trip I switch to another car rental thinking that most of the car rental are the same. Full of disappointment from other car rental providing bad car conditions (old and dirty). This trip I switch back to Galaxy Asia and through comparison you will realised the differences. I will continue with Galaxy Asia and hope they will continue with such good service and quality car.

“Enjoyed the trip with the car hired”

Like: Very friendly staff. Supported us very well during pick up and drop. Vehicle was is very good condition. Except the music player did not work with our usb and we couldnt charge our phones either.
Dislike: Unfortunately Usb port for charging and music system did not work.
